Friends of the Band and Flags

Welcome to the Jefferson High School Friends of the Band and Flags Program! Our tradition of musical excellence dates back over 50 years, and the list of students and families positively impacted by their experiences in our ensembles is extensive.

The money that is raised by the Friends of the Band and Flags goes to supporting the day-to-day activities of running a top-notch, high performing band including equipment needs, chaperones, stipends, uniform repair/replacement and so much more. Your generous support helps ensure the students continue to get meaningful opportunities to experience music, marching, twirling, teamwork, leadership, and all the academic benefits music education provides.

Joining Friends of the Band and Flags also provides exclusive access to several special keepsakes. The Indoor Concert CD is a perennial favorite. Other gifts include tickets to the Annual Indoor Marching Band Concerts (late October) and Bandcake Breakfast (January). You may opt out of these gifts if you choose.

Families and friends – we invite you to become an official member of Friends of the Band and Flags by making a financial contribution in honor of your special band or flag performer, an alumni member, in memory of someone, or simply a friendly donation – any amount is greatly appreciated.

Business donors – we invite you to become an official member of Friends of the Band and Flags by making a financial contribution. At the Allegro level or higher, your business will be recognized in concert programs throughout the school year.
