JBBC Membership

We appreciate your participation in the JBBC. Your paid membership enables leadership and administrative positions that support ALL band and flag programs through the year, including Wind Ensemble, Varsity Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Big Band, Jazz Collective, Pep Band, and Marching Band and Flags.


Please note – ANNUAL membership in JBBC is required if students want to use individual escrow funds for their own benefit (i.e. band fees, band trips, instruments, etc). All other fundraising activities without a JBBC MEMBERSHIP will go directly to the JBBC general fund to benefit the entire band.

Given the many performances and fundraising events throughout the year, band families are also expected to support the band program through volunteer hours. Our fundraising events are made possible by the support of all families in the Band program, and the students need our help to keep the program going strong! If a family cannot support the volunteer requirement, there is an option to opt out by making a one-time payment.

Volunteer Requirements*:

One student: 10 adult hours/family
Two or more students: 15 adult hours/family

*Volunteer hours will include time spent leading or participating in an event, committee or a JBBC meeting.
